The “Come Together” sculpture by artist Alex Mendez is a bold metal guitar-inspired piece that celebrates Macon’s rich musical history. Originally featured in the downtown Macon Sculpture Walk, the sculpture found a permanent home after being purchased by an anonymous donor. Today, it stands outside the historic Capricorn Sound Studios on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, where it feels right at home among the city’s legendary music roots.
